B.F.A IN INTERIOR DESIGN
I’m Sama Alsulaimi, a senior Interior Design student from the Sultanate of Oman, currently studying at the American University in Dubai. My work spans commercial, residential, and product design, along with FF&E selections, branding, and 3D modeling. I enjoy developing strong concepts and narratives, and I pay close attention to how light, texture, and spatial flow shape both the function and atmosphere of a space.

Throughout my studies, I’ve explored design through real-world challenges. I’ve participated in competitions such as the Accor Student Challenge, Millennium Office Design Competition, iGuzzini Lighting Competition, and the Lamborghini Lounge Student Competition. These experiences sharpened my ability to think critically, work within constraints, and create solutions that balance creativity with practicality.
I’m passionate about crafting interiors that are thoughtful, expressive, and meaningful. As I continue growing as a designer, I aim to bring strong ideas, clear communication, and a curious mindset to every project I take on.
